As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Barrington James, I work closely with teams across the company to understand what success looks like for them, and pride myself on creating a supportive, transparent experience for every candidate I work with.
I come from a background in ISO Consultancy and previously worked in HR, which has given me a strong understanding of both people and business needs. That experience naturally led me into recruitment, where I began my career as a Recruitment Consultant and gained valuable, first-hand insight into the realities of the role. Through this, I’ve built a strong understanding of the life sciences recruitment sector and what it truly takes to succeed long term.
I really enjoy getting to know individuals beyond their CV, and I’m passionate about bringing high-calibre talent into the business who will not only perform well but genuinely fit our culture and grow with us long-term.
