What you’ll actually be doing:

• Finding and connecting with top talent in the Life Sciences space
• Building relationships with companies that need to hire
• Matching great people with great opportunities
• Running the whole recruitment process (from first call to offer stage)
• Hitting targets, making commission, and levelling up your career
• Growing your own network and becoming a specialist in your market

What we’re looking for:

• You don’t need sales experience — you just need drive (sales experience is a plus)
• Confident, competitive, and not afraid of a challenge
• Motivated by money and progression
• Resilient (because high rewards come with high standards)
• Good communicator who can build relationships quickly
