About the Role

Barrington James is expanding and looking for ambitious graduates to join our Horsham team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants, specialising in the global Life Sciences market.

You’ll work closely with innovative biotech and pharmaceutical companies, helping them hire the talent responsible for developing new and life-changing treatments.

No prior recruitment experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing support.
