Your Responsibilities

• Developing long-term relationships with Life Sciences professionals and industry-leading clients
• Identifying and placing specialist talent into global biotech and pharmaceutical organisations
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to placement
• Building expertise in sales, negotiation, and consultative communication
• Working towards performance targets and being rewarded for delivering results
