The Clinical Trial Operational Manager is responsible for the planning and oversight of the clinical trials in Sweden, with focus on Oncology. The role is focused on ensuring high-quality, compliant and timely study delivery.
- Lead and coordinate local clinical trial activities across Oncology, Specialty Care
- Act as the primary local operational contact for Clinical Operations, investigators, CROs and vendors
- Support study start-up activities, including site qualification, initiation and activation, to ensure operational readiness and successful trial launch.
- Coordinate local implementation of global study documentation and support submission of regulatory, ethics and study-related documents and amendments.
- Experience in clinical research, clinical trial management, clinical operations, Medical Affairs or a related pharmaceutical industry function.
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice, clinical trial regulations, ethical requirements and local regulatory processes.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple studies, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally and, where required, internationally.
- Experience in Oncology clinical trials or clinical operations.
- Experience working in global matrix organisations and cross-functional study teams.
