Our comprehensive eight-week training programme is designed to take people from any walk of life and turn them into successful, confident recruiters. It starts on day one with your induction, your first real look at what our culture is all about and the foundation for everything that follows.

From there, the Learning and Development team takes you through the full fundamentals of recruitment. You'll learn how to generate candidates, how to strip a CV back to what matters, and how to negotiate offers that work for everyone involved. By the end of the Academy, you'll have the tools and confidence to build a genuine career, not just start a job.
