The Role
- Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for vacancies across various Life Science sectors
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior candidates
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies
- Manage, motivate and mentor individuals
- 1-3 years experience in a 360 recruitment position
- Confident ability to win spot business at £20k+ fees
- Target-driven and self-motivated with innate resilience
- Proven ability to consistently hit recruitment targets
- £65 1st year OTE
- Lucrative commission scheme of up to 40%
