The Role

• Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for vacancies across various Life Science sectors
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior candidates
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process
• Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies

Experience & Attributes

• 12+ months in recruitment/12+ months in proactive sales OR a graduate degree
• Confidence in ability to adapt to a particularly high-calibre industry
• Target-driven and self-motivated with innate resilience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient mathematical capability
