What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day

• Building relationships with candidates and clients within the Life Sciences industry
• Identifying and placing high-calibre professionals into exciting global roles
• Learning how to run the full recruitment process from start to finish
• Developing strong communication, negotiation and sales skills
• Hitting targets and being rewarded for your performance
