What You’ll Do:

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in biotechnology, you’ll manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end, delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. Key responsibilities include:

• Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with biotech companies, understanding their unique hiring needs and business goals.
• Talent Sourcing: Identify, engage, and screen high-quality candidates for a wide range of roles within the biotechnology sector.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to interview coordination, negotiation, and placement.
• Networking and Market Intelligence: Develop a network of contacts within biotechnology, staying informed on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team targets, focusing on delivering high-quality placements that drive client success.
