How long have you worked at Barrington James? And what is your role?

I’ve been with Barrington James for nearly three and a half years. I joined as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and, through hard work and dedication, progressed to my current position as Managing Partner – Board & Executive Search.

What did you study at university?

I studied Biomedicine at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, before completing a Master’s in Molecular Medicine, specializing in stem cell therapies.

Where do you see yourself in one year? What are your future goals?

My next personal goals are to buy my first house in Essex, get married, and get a dog. Professionally, over the next 12 months, I aim to expand my global team with driven individuals who want to take complete control of their earning potential while contributing to groundbreaking research & development of life-changing medicines.
